Bioethics and the City
Ethics Mini Symposium
2:30 - 5:00 Thursday September 2, 2010
University Hall, Macdonald Bldg., Dalhousie University
Medical research and health care compete for increasingly scarce resources. Informed policies depend on critical analysis of the competing factors and recognition of the existing systemic inequities. The bioethicist has a role as architect and advocate to create real and metaphorical spaces for deliberation and discussion.
